Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team and ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce.
