Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Qualification: A relevant bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualification: Control M/O/R certification.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, with 1 to 2 years at a senior management level.
  • Proficient in advanced programming.
  • Experience in monitoring and scheduling batch processes or equivalent software.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and analyzing protocols.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and command center operations.
  • Familiarity with data processing and infrastructure management.
  • Understanding of operating systems.
  • Redhat Certification and AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Additional Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of configuration management tools.
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for system issues and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Podman, Openshift, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of monitoring and alerting systems, including the ELK stack and AlertManager.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including building Playbooks or Modules, Puppet, AppDynamics, Elastic Search, Ansible, Python, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Zabbix and AppDynamics.
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Implement warranty and support activities.
  • Analyze organizational systems to identify more efficient methodologies.
  • Build, operationalize, and manage complex systems.
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous automation.
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements.
  • Basic project management skills are beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Provide third-line production support for complex issues.
  • Self-managed and capable of mentoring new team members.
