We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Quality Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards like IATF 16949 and OEM-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Improve internal supplier performance to enhance product quality.
- Participate in daily meetings to resolve defects and manage product/process inspections.
- Develop and maintain Control Plans and participate in FMEA teams.
- Supervise product inspectors, review inspection records, and support decision-making on non-conforming products.
A Grade 12 Certificate, with Mathematics and Science as subjects, is required. A Certificate in Quality Assurance and a Quality Assurance Diploma/Engineering Diploma are preferable. A Yellow belt six sigma certification is also advantageous.
