Your leadership skills will be crucial in leading process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, you will manage stock levels, consumables, and minimize machine downtime. Furthermore, you will lead, train, and coach employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing with 5+ years in management
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation (CAD/CAM)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical Engineering qualification is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Syspro/SAP is advantageous
