We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Admin Manager to join our team at Datacentrix. The ideal candidate will have experience in people management and be responsible for coordinating projects related to Procurement and Administration departments, as well as managing the Item Code Administration function.

The successful candidate will engage with Sales and Services Business Units on queries, reports, reconciliations, and suggested corrective and preventative actions. They will also be responsible for query resolutions and reconciliation to resolve, while strictly enforcing Company Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Item Code Administration and Document Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of Item Code Administration and Document Management, ensuring compliance with Company Policy and Procedures.
  • OLA Management: Process all required transactions, manage probable exceptions, and stay within OLA parameters.
  • Staff Management: Set goals and KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, employee engagement, collate and implement internal and external training, and maintain staff development records.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement Performance Management strategies, including EXCO, Management, Operational, Statistical, and Analytical reporting, enforcement of policies and procedures, Vendor and Contractor Management, and KPI measurement and meetings.
  • Process Management: Develop and implement Process Management strategies, including Document Control and Storage aligned to policy.
  • SHEQ Compliance: Ensure ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 compliance, complete departmental objectives, actions, and risk registers, perform root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action, participate in annual accreditation, surveillance, and process audits.
