Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team at an old age home in the Helderberg area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

• Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Provide daily nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
• Evaluate resident responses to care plans and make adjustments as needed
• Record observations, treatments, and resident responses in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with the Professional Nurse and doctor to ensure seamless care delivery
• Ensure that basic needs and activities of daily living are met
• Report any changes in health status to the Professional Nurse and/or doctor

• A relevant nursing qualification
• Registration with SANC
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with the elderly
• Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills
• Committed to clinical excellence
• Able and willing to learn new procedures and techniques
