We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Consultant: Meat Products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food science and a proven track record of developing and implementing technical regulations and specifications.

Responsibilities:
Develop and amend technical regulations and specifications for meat products; Represent the NRCS at national and international forums; Lead and chair national and international committees; Provide expert advice on food safety and quality assurance matters; Interpret and apply relevant legislation and standards.

Requirements:
Degree (NQF Level 7) in Food Science or a related field; 8 years' experience in a regulatory and/or technical environment; Proven track record of developing and implementing technical regulations and specifications; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
