  • Strong backend development skills, including experience with Java, .NET, or other backend programming languages
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are highly desirable
  • Experience with other CRM platforms and middleware technologies
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
