Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for managing payroll functions effectively and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Oversee the complete payroll cycle for all staff members, ensuring timely and accurate wage processing.
- Data Handling: Maintain meticulous payroll records, ensuring all information is current and precise.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly payroll reports, including reconciliations and total earnings analysis.
- Month-End Procedures: Conduct comprehensive month-end processes, including the reconciliation of third-party payments.
- Compliance: Uphold adherence to labor laws and internal policies while safeguarding payroll data confidentiality.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
- Proficient in payroll systems, with a preference for People 300.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- In-depth understanding of labor legislation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
