Position Overview

Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for managing payroll functions effectively and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the complete payroll cycle for all staff members, ensuring timely and accurate wage processing.
  • Data Handling: Maintain meticulous payroll records, ensuring all information is current and precise.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly payroll reports, including reconciliations and total earnings analysis.
  • Month-End Procedures: Conduct comprehensive month-end processes, including the reconciliation of third-party payments.

Qualifications
