Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the dealership has the correct parts mix to supply the workshop and third parties with parts for services and repairs.
  • Manage and train staff of the parts department to meet objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, and staff utilization.
  • Strive to return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Parts Manager with a Vehicle dealership.
  • Must have experience with a corporate branded dealership like VW, Toyota Hyundai.
  • Proven track record of running a profitable Parts department.
  • Good knowledge of part sales, marketing, or After-sales.
  • Valid SA Driver's license and clear criminal record.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
