Program Architect for Digital Mining Solutions

The Program Architect for Digital Mining Solutions will be responsible for ensuring that technical solutions align with program strategy and governance standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains, support requirements, solution architecture, integration, and procurement, identify gaps in mining application stacks, promote reuse of existing assets, guide and mentor solution architects in documentation, modeling, and best practices, and oversee project execution to maintain alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Skills & Expertise- Deep understanding of mining processes, systems, and tools.
- Technical advisory & data-driven consulting.
- Experience in waterfall & agile delivery models.
- Enterprise Architecture expertise (TOGAF, ArchiMate, OrbusInfinity preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen & ability to align IT work with business value.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelors/Honours in IT, Computer Science, or Informatics (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Mining Tech.
- TOGAF 9/10 Certification (Advantageous).
- Experience with ArchiMate v3.2 & OrbusInfinity (Advantageous).
