Job Summary

Moseri Intergrated Developers is seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team. As a key member of our road construction team, you will be responsible for operating and controlling the asphalt paver machine to lay asphalt on roads and pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and control the asphalt paver machine to ensure smooth and even asphalt laying.
  • Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed to maintain optimal paving performance.
  • Direct and guide the movement of trucks delivering asphalt to the paving machine.
  • Inspect paved surfaces for quality and smoothness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance on paving equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of paving projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operating asphalt paver machines.
  • Strong understanding of paving equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
