As a Senior IT Project Coordinator with ATripleA Recruitment and Temps, you will have the opportunity to excel in a dynamic role that demands strong organizational and communication skills. About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop and execute project plans, ensure timely completion of projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans to ensure project success.
  • Budget Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to project team members, facilitate communication among team members, and promote a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Senior Certificate (essential), Project Management Certification (essential), PMBOK or Prince 2 Certification (essential), Agile certification (non-negotiable), and relevant IT qualifications (added advantage).
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in managing technology projects, preferably in areas such as ICT cabling, VOIP, UC, CCTV, server rollout, and security projects.
Competencies:
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate level or higher, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.
  • IT Project Management Methodologies: Deep understanding and experience of IT project management methodologies, including Agile.
  • Communication Skills: Strong facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Risk Management: Proactive risk and issue management skills, with a focus on mitigating potential risks and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Excellent multi-tasking ability, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Honesty and Reliability: Honest and reliable, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Punctuality: Punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results on time.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to perform well under pressure, with a focus on maintaining composure and delivering quality results despite challenging circumstances.
