The key responsibilities for this position include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Executing and accounting for Treasury transactions, including operational bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and funding transactions.
  • Preparing month-end reporting packs and reconciliation KPI dashboards.
  • Maintaining the Treasury risk register to track risk parameter breaches.
  • Supporting Treasury process improvement and automation initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a large corporate Financial Accounting/Treasury department. A degree in Financial Accounting or a related field is also required.

Requirements
  • Minimum B Com (Acc) / B Com Finance / B Tech Degree with Financial Accounting major.
  • Experience in preparing journals/accounting allocations using JD Edwards/SAP/Oracle system.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a large corporate Financial Accounting/Treasury department preparing month-end reports and G.L. reconciliations.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience capturing payments via electronic banking.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS Accounting principles related to accounting for banking and short-term investments.
