At ATNS SOC Limited, we are seeking a skilled Remuneration Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive remuneration strategy that supports the attraction and retention of top talent.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing remuneration policies and pay structures, conducting market analysis and benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. They will also work closely with finance and budgeting teams to understand ATNS's financial constraints and budgetary allocations for remuneration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a remuneration and benefits strategy
  • Review remuneration policies and pay structures
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Work closely with finance and budgeting teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in the management of remuneration and benefits. You should have a strong understanding of remuneration practices and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • B-degree in Commerce/Human Resources Management/Organisational Psychology or relevant field
  • Honours degree in any of the above fields will be an advantage
  • Registration with SABPP as a Certified Compensation Specialist will be an advantage
  • Registration with SARA will be an advantage
  • Excel Certification will be an advantage
