Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service via incoming calls and respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer reservations, special requests, and complaints via our website.
  • Respond to a range of customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Proactively escalate complex queries to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • A matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (verbal and written).
  • Passionate about customer service and strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dual-focus (back-office and voice) contact center environment.
