Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities in the geophysical department to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Assist in undertaking geophysical surveys, including survey design, data acquisition, processing, and interpretation of AEM.
  • Develop advanced data processing techniques and new tools/software to improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain high-quality reporting to clients, adhering to deadlines and scientific/technical standards.
  • Ensure proper archiving of raw and processed data products in a systematic and documented manner.
  • Identify and manage projects, providing specialist knowledge and input.
  • Implement technology development projects, maintaining professional communication with clients, universities, and professional organisations.
Requirements
  • Degree or higher in Geophysics
  • In-depth technical expertise in geosciences, particularly geophysical surveys related to exploration activities and projects
  • Excellent technical written and oral communication ability
  • Forward and inversion modelling techniques
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Formal qualification in project management or operations management advantageous
