We are looking for a highly skilled construction lawyer to join our Prime PLC team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in the field of construction law, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative health and care projects.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the negotiation process for consultant appointments, coordinating the Employer's Agent appointment, and conducting thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions. Your role will also involve developing and negotiating building contracts, managing associated documentation, and preparing comprehensive reports addressing construction-related queries.
Core Responsibilities:
- Negotiate consultant agreements.
- Oversee the Employer's Agent appointment and associated warranties.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions.
- Support contractor selection.
- Craft and negotiate building contracts.
- Assist with report preparation and query resolution.
