Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Health Safety Manager to join our team at Ioco. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across all our projects.

In this role, you will conduct regular risk assessments, develop and implement effective risk management strategies, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations such as the OHS Act and Construction Regulations.

You will also oversee internal audits, compliance audits, and site inspections to identify any non-compliance and ensure corrective actions are taken. Additionally, you will investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, documenting your findings in detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with formal qualifications such as a Construction Safety Officer (NOSA) certification and registration with SACPCMP. You should have at least 10 years of experience in construction health and safety, preferably in the electrical construction industry.
