- Co-ordinate and communicate with other functions, including Maintenance, Technical, Finance, and Stores, to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure the SAGE system is utilized to maximum possible extent, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Assist the finance department in collecting unpaid debts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Cross-sell to existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Continuously acquire and develop knowledge related to export sales, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Advise customers of product developments and special promotions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations, showcasing our products and services.
