  • Hyper-V Host and Guest installation, configuration, maintenance, and migrations.
  • Biometric Access Control setup and management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience as an IT support technician supporting end-users, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience installing, maintaining, and supporting corporate network environments (LAN & WAN).
  • Proficient in Hyper-V Virtualization Technology.
  • Scripting and Automation Skills.
  • Knowledge of Acronis Data Backup and Recovery.
  • N+ (CompTIA), A+ (CompTIA), MCSE / MCITP would be highly advantageous.
  • Microsoft Windows (10, 11).
  • Microsoft Office (2016, 2019, and Office 365).
  • Knowledge of hardware-software configuration and installation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Windows Server experience.
  • Networking, Switches, and Router configuration.
  • PLC machinery experience.
  • VMWare Host and Guest installation, configuration & maintenance.
