The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting large-scale business transformations, digital business models, and agile transformations. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, as well as strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement an enterprise-wide people change portfolio product vision and strategy to deliver on our people strategy and HR transformation agenda.
  • Leverage commercial, business, workforce experience, and HR & Change domain expertise to successfully lead strategic partnerships with HR Executives, Business, Technology, Shared Services, and the Workforce.
  • Lead the design and operationalization of change products and services and embed these across the organization.
  • Translate the enterprise HR Transformation agenda, people strategy, and operational book of work into an integrated change and communication approach for the enterprise.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of change strategies and solutions.
  • Measure the strategic and operational implementation and impact across the organization.
  • Identify the implications of the integrated change agenda and solutions for broader organizational and people practices.
  • Leverage these implication insights to proactively and meaningfully contribute to a shift in organizational practices.
  • Influence a shift in waterfall budgeting processes to agile if we know this is a barrier to agile culture transformation.
  • Lead and build a team of change experts and guide the design, development, and commercialization of change products.
  • Proactively influence & shape the communication strategy and operational plans to deliver on the HR Portfolio.
  • Define and leverage key change data and insights across the change portfolio to continuously pivot solutions and approaches to meet business requirements.
