We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Expert for Financial Reporting to join our team at Match. As a senior member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and developing financial systems and procedures.

You will work closely with our branches to resolve queries and orders, complete VAT returns and VAT reasonability assessments, and explore ways to reduce costs, enhance revenue, improve profits, and control income and expenditure.

This role offers the opportunity to gain expertise in financial reporting, auditing, tax preparation, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with IFRS
- Communicate with branches regarding queries and orders
- Complete VAT returns and VAT reasonability assessments
- Explore ways to reduce costs, enhance revenue, improve profits, and control income and expenditure

Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- Completed SAICA articles
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant
- Minimum of 2 years experience using Sage X3
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suites
- A code 08 unendorsed driver's license and own transport
