Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Production Line Coordinator Lead to oversee the smooth operation of our production lines. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in project coordination and production planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute production deliverables within the project scope, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
  • Lead a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless production line processes.
  • Collaborate with the aircraft chief engineer to align production targets and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, production planning, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, TEAMS, Epicor, Sciforma, and WBS, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
