Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Planner.
In this role, you'll provide expert financial advice and support to our clients.
The key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality financial advice and planning services to clients.
- Maintaining and servicing existing client relationships through regular consultations and reviews.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the defined market.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow the Sanlam Adviser Business.
- Participating in marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the business and achieving distribution strategy goals.
- Conducting comprehensive fact-finding sessions with clients to understand their needs and priorities.
- Presenting financial solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensuring all client interactions are professional, courteous, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Managing and tracking client data, including contact information and consultation records.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Grade 12 qualification.
- Successful completion of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) 'Fit and Proper' requirements and Regulatory Examination if registered with Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months.
You'll also require:
- Excellent financial advice and support skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets and budget.
- Strong compliance and risk management skills.
- Effective client relationship management.
- Sound financial planning and recommendations.
