We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at Persona Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural engineering and experience with greenhouse structural design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and engineering polyethylene greenhouses, performing structural steel designs, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes. They will also be responsible for managing the development of assemblies and components in SolidWorks and facilitating seamless integration between the greenhouse structure and other systems.

Requirements for the role include a BSc degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 3 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in RISA-3D, RAM Elements, CASTA, or similar structural engineering software. The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans, be a team player, and have the ability to multitask.
