Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Shift Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our automation and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance team and ensure the effective operation of automation and instrumentation systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new automation and instrumentation systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in automation and instrumentation
  • Qualified Millwright or Electrician with applicable experience
  • T3/S4 Diploma will be an advantage
  • 2-3 years as a technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (hydraulics, maintenance/robotics/projects)
  • Mechanical press plant experience
