Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team as a Donation Testing Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine testing and confirmatory testing for Blood Grouping, Virology, and biochemical testing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform automated testing according to SOP and ISC criteria for all donors.
  • Enter results (ABO and Rh) and control information into eProgesa.
  • Check results for control failures to ensure result validity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science, with experience in blood grouping, virology, and molecular testing. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
