Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to oversee the maintenance and repair of our company's machinery, equipment, and facilities.

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance and repairs, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Assign and monitor work for the maintenance team, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and monitor maintenance staff performance, providing feedback and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national rules and regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits, identifying and resolving issues of risk.

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• National Trade Test Fitter or Millwright certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years' experience in Artisan Fitter/Millwright and 5 years Supervisor/Foreman experience.
• Experience in Boilers/Pumps/Conveyors and extensive experience using planned maintenance systems, particularly Pragma or SAP.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work methodically and systematically.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
