  • Manage our Active Directory, Office365, and Azure environments, ensuring secure access and data integrity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Virtual Servers, Hyper-converged Clusters, and other critical systems.
  • Troubleshoot system accounts, password-related issues, and other technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document network problems and resolutions for future reference, improving knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Monitor and respond to escalated IT queries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with at least 4 years applicable work experience.
  • Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, and MCITP) and expertise in CRM administration/coordinator roles.
  • At least 5 years experience in IT infrastructure management, with knowledge of South African IT legislation.
  • Strong analytical skills, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail, with ability to plan for upcoming renewals and implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate with service providers and work collaboratively within the team.
  • Proven record of experience in technically suitable IT-related fields, with knowledge of current ICT technologies and trends.
