About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. In this role, you will contribute to the improvement of operational metrics through the execution of portions of operational processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operations initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction program, operational excellence initiatives or other operations systems and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with the business development function to set up business cases and presentations for new opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative functions for external events hosted and attended by IQVIA.
  • Conduct desktop research of markets where IQVIA operates for input into strategic documents.
  • Develop knowledge of the business and function.
  • Provide frequent reports on progress and highlight potential issues as opportunities.
  • Document and coordinate processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow-up on actions leading to seamless execution of plans.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree Required
  2. B.Eng/BSc.Eng (Industrial) Preferred
  3. Two years of relevant operations experience or working knowledge of IQVIA products and systems Preferred
  4. Good PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills Required
  5. Good problem-solving and design thinking capabilities Required
  6. Working knowledge of financial P&L statements, macro-economic factors and relevant levers to optimize business growth Preferred
  7. Focus on process and detail; good interpersonal and communication skills.
