Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement RF planning and optimization strategies to ensure network performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate RF planning projects, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in wireless communication technologies, including 3G, 4G, and 5G NR.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive knowledge of RF principles, including electromagnetic theory, propagation, and antenna theory.
  • Experience with cellular technologies, including 3G (UMTS), 4G (LTE), and 5G NR (New Radio) technologies.
  • Proficiency in using RF planning and simulation tools, such as Atoll, Planet, iBwave, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in team environments.
