Logistics Administrator

Service First Group seeks a skilled Administrative Coordinator to contribute to our team's success.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative functions and supporting our organization's goals.
Key Tasks:
- Update and maintain accurate records, including Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
- Capture and process quotes and invoices using Pastel software.
- Collaborate with Directors regarding customer invoices and job cards.
- Effectively manage and organize documents, records, and data.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate deliveries from the freight department on Pastel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the freight department.
- Provide administrative support to Directors and other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Some Financial qualification or diploma (Sound understanding of basic accounting practices and principles).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Pastel.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics department.
