Service First Group seeks a skilled Administrative Coordinator to contribute to our team's success.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative functions and supporting our organization's goals.

Key Tasks:

  • Update and maintain accurate records, including Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Capture and process quotes and invoices using Pastel software.
  • Collaborate with Directors regarding customer invoices and job cards.
  • Effectively manage and organize documents, records, and data.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate deliveries from the freight department on Pastel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the freight department.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Qualifications:
    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • Some Financial qualification or diploma (Sound understanding of basic accounting practices and principles).
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Pastel.
    • Proficiency in Office 365.
    • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative environment.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics department.
