Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at Network Recruitment International. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and executing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

  • Maintain precise procurement records using ERP systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in procurement, with at least 2-5 years in the manufacturing or automation sectors.
  • Extensive ERP system experience and familiarity with AS9100 standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
