Job Description

The role of the Draught Beer Quality Manager is to ensure that draught beer served in designated geographic regions meets our high standards. This includes monitoring and maintaining quality, assessing appearance, aroma, and temperature, and identifying and troubleshooting issues related to draught beer quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a base of outlets in a geographic region to conduct quality audits at least once per month.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to draught beer quality, including problems with carbonation, aroma, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Review PICOS Draught perfect pour merchandise implementation.
  • Document findings and provide feedback to channel teams regarding quality trends, equipment performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate customers' ability to serve high-quality draught beer.
  • Support ensuring that beer dispensing equipment, such as taps and kegs, are properly maintained and sanitized to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete Quality Check Surveys in every outlet measured.
  • Attend Monthly 5-Star Quality training with Trade Ambassadors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A Beer Sommelier/Beer Qualification or equivalent desirable, or Marketing Qualification.
  • A proven record of beer sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Sales Advisory Roles.
  • On-Premise Sales Experience.
  • Good skills in applying Customer and Consumer Insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
