At Do More Placements, we're seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with 2 years of marketing experience, specializing in sustainability and social responsibility.

You will work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, and Development teams to develop compelling marketing content that highlights our client's commitment to ESG principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles
  2. Manage a social media and graphic design team to create engaging content across platforms
  3. Collaborate with Investor Relations, Finance, and Development teams to create comprehensive marketing campaigns
  4. Lead market analysis and campaign performance evaluation

We require a strong leader with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to mentor and manage a team.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in marketing with a proven track record of successful social media and content creation
  2. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, including PR and brand strategizing
  3. Experience in graphic design, including business presentations and social media content design
  4. Familiarity with social media algorithms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
