About the JobWe're seeking an experienced Sage Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with a proven track record of ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and other related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll for employees using the Sage Payroll system, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records within Sage Payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data.
- Payroll Reporting: Generate detailed payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, perform payroll reconciliations, and address any discrepancies promptly.
- HR Support: Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related queries and reports, and assist in the development and refinement of payroll processes.
