Job Description:
Network Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Test Analyst to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality of software systems through rigorous testing, utilizing both manual and automated methods.

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled test analyst with over 5 years of experience working with both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), experience in agile environments, and a proven ability to work with various testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
* Test Planning & Execution: Create and execute test plans, map functional requirements to test cases, and manage testing throughout the entire SDLC.
* Automation & Manual Testing: Automate manual tests for applications, ensuring high-quality software through acceptance, regression, functional, and stress testing.
* Agile Framework: Work closely with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to deliver quality products efficiently.
* Collaboration & Mentorship: Liaise with stakeholders to resolve test issues, provide feedback, and guide junior team members with your experience.
* Risk-Based Testing: Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, ensuring maximum coverage for critical system components.
* Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive test specifications, reports, and validation protocols.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and methodologies to help drive innovation and improve testing processes.

Requirements:
* Expertise in testing tools like SoapUI, Selenium, JMeter, etc.
* Hands-on experience with performance and load testing.
* Strong understanding of agile principles (Scrum).
* ISEB or ISTQB Foundation Certification (non-negotiable).
* A 3-year IT Diploma or equivalent Degree.

Benefits:
