Job Purpose

The Facilities Management Expert will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center's BMS system. This includes monitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure equipment, ensuring data center infrastructure meets SLAs, and staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the data center's BMS system
  • Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure equipment, including power systems, generators, chillers, fan wall units, and fire life safety systems
  • Ensure data center infrastructure meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Stay up-to-date with data center standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data center BMS operations and management or mission-critical facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Higher National Diploma (2 years) or equivalent
  • Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) or Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS) certifications
