About This Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with Oxyon People Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and dynamic companies in the industry. You will be responsible for developing business through regular client contact and account management, sourcing candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies, and achieving daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Meeting set targets and developing business through regular client contact and account management.
  2. Sourcing candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies.
  3. Cold calling both candidates and clients to achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets.
  4. Recording detailed job specifications from clients and compiling and placing vacancies on all available job portals.
  5. Conducting MIE checks and background checks as required.
  6. Typing CVs in Oxyon format and ensuring that all recruitment is conducted in an ethical manner in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
