POSITION SUMMARY:

E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD is in search of a proficient Business Process Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating business operations, pinpointing enhancement opportunities, and executing strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Process Analyst will collaborate with diverse departments and stakeholders to collect requirements, document workflows, and propose strategies for optimizing business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of existing business operations and highlight areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed process maps, workflows, and relevant documentation.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of operational changes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of processes to identify possible issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and collect feedback on operational changes.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and offer support during implementation phases.
  • Provide training and assistance to end-users regarding new processes and systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
