Pome Fruit Management Coordinator

TopFruit, a premier intellectual property and varietal management company in the deciduous fruit sector, requires a diligent, meticulous, and analytical Deciduous Fruit Management Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to tasks, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They must be proactive, precise, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining superior communication and organisational abilities.

  • Overseeing and executing operational and administrative duties for the Pome Fruit Business Unit
  • Maintaining and examining data to support business operations
  • Processing and reconciling invoices and year-end financial statements
  • Managing administrative tasks related to licenses, contracts, and compliance
  • Providing general administrative support to the Business Unit Manager
  • All other responsibilities associated with the role.

Required qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification;
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar operations and administration role, experience in the fruit industry will be highly beneficial;
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
  • Full bilingualism (Afrikaans & English);
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
