Job Description:
The role of Financial Advisor Blue Ocean Wild Coast involves providing new and existing clients with professional financial advice, planning, and products tailored to their needs and requirements. This includes growing the Sanlam Adviser Business by applying knowledge of market segmentation and customer profiles to support sales and growth within the defined market. Additionally, the role requires networking, prospecting, and leads generation through face-to-face interactions, social or business networks, associations, or ad hoc presentations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for client consultations and sales, ensuring all client interactions are compliant and ethical. They will conduct comprehensive fact-finding with each client, provide sound personal financial planning advice, and apply financial knowledge to put together a plan that meets the client's needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, one must have a Grade 12 qualification and successfully completed the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) 'Fit and Proper' requirements and Regulatory Examination if registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, action-oriented, and able to persuade others effectively. They should also be able to collaborate, drive results, cultivate innovation, and focus on customers.
