Production Manager Job Description at Green Marble Recruitment Consultants

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Green Marble Recruitment Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all safety and health standards are met, and maintaining a high level of quality in our products.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with designers, quality surveyors, project managers, finance team, and clients to ensure that all production requirements are met.
* Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss production schedules, deadlines, and any issues that may impact production.
* Research and maintain a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.
* Assist with all administrative paperwork required for production and manufacturing departments.
* Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production team members.
* Ensure that all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident-free.
* Communicate regularly with management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
* Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
* Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
* Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
* Ensure adequate scheduling of staff.
* Submit daily and weekly reports to provide regular communication on tasks.

**Requirements**

* Relevant production and manufacturing qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role.
* Minimum of 3 years experience within a supervisory role.
* Environmental Protection Agency knowledge.
* Occupational Safety and Health administration regulations knowledge.
