Job RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Strong Finance Administration Skills
- Excellent Procurement and Accounts Payable Knowledge
- Ability to Plan and Schedule Procurement Effectively
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
You will work closely with the Campus Bursar and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of procurement requests.
- Providing administrative support to campus bursars, school principals, staff, and brand finance.
- Assisting with GSS, brand, and campus-related finance admin projects or tasks as required.
- Planning and scheduling procurement aligned to school requirements and deliverables.
- Tracking and managing school procurement requests from receipt to payment of supplier.
- Assisting the credit controller with parent files for preparing pre-legal files.
