You will work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in deal structuring, operating model advisory, and new business process guidance will be essential in helping our clients achieve their growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business results.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification: BCom; BSc; LLB
  • Relevant professional qualification: Actuarial (good progress in exams); Accountant; Attorney; CFA, etc.
  • Candidate will be required to obtain FAIS compliance (RE5 designation)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Life insurance and Financial Services industry
  • Preferred: Strong life insurance knowledge and understanding
