Millwright Trainee

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Millwright Trainee to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Millwright Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance and supervision of experienced Millwrights to gain practical experience and develop your skills in the field.

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Support senior Millwrights in repair and replacement of defective parts, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.

• Completed N2 certificate in Mechanical Engineering is required, with a strong foundation in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with a willingness to learn and develop as a Millwright.
• Strong desire to learn and develop as a Millwright, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work, with a focus on quality and safety.
