Overview:

Qetello Holdings is actively looking for skilled and meticulous Logistics Controllers/Coordinators to enhance our logistics operations team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating logistics functions to guarantee the prompt and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage logistics processes, including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Organize and schedule shipments and deliveries to fulfill customer expectations and timelines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to ensure timely collection and delivery of products.
  • Monitor and track the flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
  • Address logistical challenges and manage any delays or interruptions in transportation or delivery.
  • Keep customers informed about shipment progress and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Evaluate logistics data and performance indicators to uncover areas for enhancement.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align objectives.
  • Assist the operations manager with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination or a comparable position, with at least 3 years of relevant background.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management principles.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is a plus.
