Main Purpose of Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the Parts Department at Morgan Motor Group. This involves meeting manufacturer and dealership targets, while maintaining strict control over inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock levels daily to ensure relevant manufacturer stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis.
  • Manage and actively clear out aged stock.
  • Conduct stock takes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Ensure Parts Sales Target and Profitability are met.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
  • Manage Team for High Performance Culture.
  • Visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets, and shops to sell parts and accessories.
  • Ensure all exchange items are returned.
  • Apply company discount structure properly.
  • Care for company property and ensure economic use.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' parts experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Computer Literate.
