We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Equipment Specialist to join our team at Ultra Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining nuclear medicine equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Install new equipment and perform routine maintenance on existing equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and repair defective diagnostic equipment to minimize downtime and ensure patient safety.
- Complete detailed records of all work done and prepare weekly work reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver equipment to customers and ensure timely installation and commissioning.
- Conduct electrical testing and system capability testing to ensure product quality and performance.
- Prepare product reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends to inform business decisions.
- Provide engineering information and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer instructions and established procedures to maintain equipment operational efficiency.
- Update and maintain product data bases to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Train and guide customers/users to ensure successful project completion.
- 3-5 years of technical working experience in the medical industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with CT scanners.
- Experience working with nuclear medicine equipment is an advantage.
- Electrical, mechanical, and electronic field experience is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and own transport is essential.
